2011 Girls

My name is Dave Newman. I am a Nationally licensed soccer coach. I've coached High School girls and boys Varsity, and coached for Simi Valley Premier Club for many years. I actually started a club team in Simi Valley about 17 years ago, called Simi Valley Arsenal girls. I started with Simi Valley youth Soccer 30 years ago, in 1994!  I've held various positions on the board of directors such as Vice President, Director of Coaching, and field coordinator.  I have 2 girls, and 1 boy, and all three have played through high school and club for me as well.  Tiffani, my oldest daughter was a goalie and played for me at Newbury Park High School varsity. My youngest daughter Amberli, played club soccer with me, for many years she was an amazing striker. And my son Tyler who also played striker was actually one of the highest rated players in all of Simi Valley, and played on my Silver boys under 16 club team many years ago.  I was asked to start a girl's under 14 team this year for Premier, and have already gathered a great group girls together for the upcoming season.
